Pinterest muffins

I have been pinning like crazy to my "Food Finds" board

and I thought it was time to finally attempt one of these recipes.

Of course...it happens to be extremely quick and easy.

The original post is from Sweet Verbena.

Just 2 ingredients and BAM - instant yummy(ness)!

 

Isabella licked the beaters dry

 



 

 

And these beauties were gone in less than 24 hours.

 

  

Pumpkin Muffins

 

1 box yellow cake mix

1 can pumpkin

 

 

Mix the 2 ingredients with mixer until blended (do not overbeat)



Scoop into cupcake pan

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

 

Now...that was easy.
